Management Associate

Management Associate at the Artificial Intelligence Delivery Unit, running special projects and preparing leadership briefs. Position stationed at Lahore.

• Run discrete special projects and priority initiatives end to end, from problem definition and option analysis through to delivery and closure
• Prepare briefs, submissions, options papers and presentations for the Project Director, the Secretary AI Wing and the Project Steering Committee
• Maintain the Unit's delivery calendar, stocktake rhythm and action-tracking across wings and follow up on decisions taken at leadership forums
• Conduct rapid research, benchmarking and data analysis to support decisions on new initiatives and prioritization of use-cases
• Coordinate with line departments, PITB and other agencies on assignments that cut across pillars and escalate blockers to the Delivery Unit Head
• Support preparation of periodic progress reports, PC-III returns and material required by the P&D Board and Finance Department
• Support departments in developing delivery plans with clear strategies, targets, trajectories and action plans
• Monitor implementation against approved delivery plans through delivery routines and accountability mechanisms
• Collect, manage and analyze program and administrative data and prepare visualizations and written narratives for senior leaders
• Build the delivery capacity of provincial and district officers through structured working sessions, coaching and facilitated problem solving

• Bachelor's or Master's degree (16 years of education) in Public Policy, Economics, Business Administration or Data Science, in Business Administration, Economics, Public Policy, Data Science, recognised by HEC
• Bachelor's or Master's degree (16 years of education) in Public Policy, Economics, Business Administration, Data Science or a related discipline from an HEC-recognized institution
• Position stationed at Lahore; business-level proficiency in English and Urdu, written and spoken, is required
• Preference would be given to foreign qualified candidates with proven track record
• Structured problem solving and hypothesis-driven analysis
• High-quality written briefing and presentation for senior decision makers
• Quantitative analysis and comfort with data and dashboards
• Stakeholder management across departments
• Ability to work to short deadlines on several assignments at once
• Facilitation and coaching of working sessions and workshops
• Ability to translate technical material into clear narratives for non-technical decision makers

• Required experience: At least 3 years
• At least 3 years of relevant delivery experience in management consulting, delivery units, public/private sector program implementation, government, think tanks, policy research institutions or international development organizations
• Experience accepted from: Public Sector Organizations, Private Sector Organizations
