Pillar Head at the Artificial Intelligence Delivery Unit, leading a sector pillar squad from use-case discovery through production and scale. 6 posts.

• Develop and maintain the pillar strategy and use-case pipeline in consultation with departments, informed by data availability, feasibility and citizen/departmental impact
• Translate the pillar strategy into three to five priority interventions, each with a named owner, baseline, 12-month milestone, target trajectory and risk register
• Lead the pillar squad (AI Product/Deployment Manager, embedded AI/ML and data engineers, product/service designers and Management Analysts) through discovery, prototyping, piloting and scaling
• Act as principal counterpart for Secretaries and senior officers of partner departments; negotiate data-sharing, deployment and adoption arrangements
• Define and track pillar KPIs (use-cases in production, adoption, service-delivery improvements) and report progress to the Delivery Unit Head and PSC
• Coordinate with the Data, AI Engineering & Platform Wing and outsourced partners on solution build, evaluation and integration
• Ensure every pillar deployment complies with responsible-AI, privacy and security standards
• Document sector learnings and contribute to the Unit's cross-pillar playbooks

• Bachelor's or Master's degree (16 years of education) in Public Policy, Economics, Business Administration or Data Science, in Business Administration, Economics, Public Policy, Data Science, recognised by HEC
• Bachelor's or Master's degree (16 years of education) in Public Policy, Economics, Business Administration, Data Science or a related discipline from an HEC-recognized institution
• Preference would be given to foreign qualified candidates with proven track record
• Sector domain knowledge combined with expertise in governance and delivery
• Senior stakeholder management in government
• Team leadership and delivery discipline

• Required experience: At least 5 years
• At least 5 years of relevant delivery experience preferably at a leading management consulting firm, with at least 3 years leading teams, and experience delivering programs with governments or specific sectors
• Experience accepted from: Public Sector Organizations, Private Sector Organizations

• All candidates: 26 – 45 years
