About this vacancy
Support harmonization of procurement systems through formulation of rules, regulations and related documents, and conduct studies in procurement and supply chain management.
Duties and responsibilities
- Support harmonization of procurement system by formulating rules, regulations, SBDs, manuals and code of ethics
- Assist in conducting studies and surveys in procurement, supply chain and contract management
- Assist in reviewing the existing framework including procurement regulations and drafting a new framework
- Extract and evaluate EPADS data trends to identify system bottlenecks
- Study international best practices in public procurement and EGP and suggest reforms
- Any other task assigned by the management
Eligibility criteria
- Master's degree (16 years education) or higher in public policy, public administration, supply chain management, corporate law, international relations or related field, in Business Administration, Law, Social Sciences, recognised by HEC
- Master's degree (16 years education) or higher in public policy, public administration, supply chain management, corporate law, international relations or related field from an HEC-recognized university
- Public sector experience preferred
Experience required
- Required experience: At least 5 years
- Minimum 5 years in formulation of new frameworks and regulations, preferably in the public sector
