About this vacancy
Lead M&E systems, tools and processes and oversee data collection, outcome monitoring, surveys, evaluations, analysis and reporting. Position is based in Islamabad. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for further selection process. No TA/DA shall be admissible. The PMU reserves the right to adjust the number of posts or cancel the recruitment.
Duties and responsibilities
- Develop M&E frameworks
- Coordinate surveys and evaluations
- Manage progress reports
- Supervise the MIS Manager
- Conduct statistical analysis
- Ensure compliance with M&E standards
- Provide capacity-building support
Eligibility criteria
- Bachelor's or Master's - MBA (Data Analytics), MA Economics, MS Data Science, MA Sociology, MS Statistics, MPhil Data Science, MS Database Administration, MA Social Sciences, MS Agriculture, MS Rural Sociology, in Social Sciences, Business Administration, Mathematics, Economics, Agriculture, Data Science, recognised by HEC
- Master's degree or 16 years education in Social Sciences, Management Sciences, Statistics, Economics, Agriculture or related field
Experience required
- Required experience: At least 10 years
- Minimum of 10 years of overall field-level experience including at least 5 years of program monitoring and evaluation preferably in livelihoods related programs
Age limit
- All candidates: 18 – 52 years
