Duties and responsibilities

  • Monitor and evaluate complex projects of water supply and sanitation
  • Participate in project planning and coordination with government departments, consultants and contractors
  • Assist the Director Monitoring in developing Work Breakdown Structures along with resource loaded project activities
  • Provide insight of monitoring and control of development project activities within triple constraints
  • Measure project progress through Earned Value Analysis to gauge and control financial and physical status
  • Handle potential delays and suggest preventive actions
  • Facilitate the competent authority in procurement of project consultants and equipment/machinery in line with PPRA 2014
  • Write project performance reports
  • Manage Monthly Progress Reports (ADP/PSDP), analysis and finalization

Eligibility criteria

  • Bachelors (16 Years)|MS/MPhil (18 Years) - BSc Civil Engineering, MSc Civil Engineering, MSc Public Health Environmental Engineering, in Civil Engineering, Public Health Environmental Engineering
  • MS/MPhil (18 years) with 02 years experience or Masters/Bachelors (Hons) (16 years) with 04 years experience in Civil Engineering or Public Health Environmental Engineering
  • Minimum Second Division (45% and above)
  • Ability to monitor and evaluate complex water supply and sanitation projects

Experience required

  • Required experience: At least 2 years
  • 02 years relevant experience with MS/MPhil (18 years) or 04 years relevant experience with Masters/Bachelors (Hons) (16 years) in monitoring and evaluation of water supply and sanitation projects

Age limit

  • Male: 23 – 35 years
  • Female: 23 – 35 years
  • Transgender: 23 – 35 years
