About this vacancy
NDMA seeks to hire eligible candidates purely on contract basis on lump sum package for an initial period of 24 months (extendable on requirement basis). Posts filled on open merit basis. Selected candidates must serve a minimum of 18 months. Lump-sum monthly package depends on domain skills and relevant experience.
Duties and responsibilities
- Assist in preparation and revision of Annual Procurement Plan
- Process procurement cases per PPRA Rules and EPAD Regulations
- Prepare NITs, bidding documents, RFQs, evaluation reports, contracts and purchase orders
- Ensure procurement within approved budgetary allocations
- Track store items and ensure timely recoupment
- Maintain procurement files and records
- Assist Procurement Committees in evaluations
- Coordinate with Finance/Accounts on budget and payments
- Prepare procurement and budget utilization reports
- Respond to audit observations and PPRA queries
Eligibility criteria
- Bachelor's or Master's - BS/MS Supply Chain Management, BS/MS Business Administration, BS/MS Public Administration, BS/MS Management Sciences, in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, recognised by HEC
- BS/MS from HEC recognized university

- Experience in relevant field preferred
