About this vacancy
NDMA seeks to hire eligible candidates purely on contract basis on lump sum package for an initial period of 24 months (extendable on requirement basis). Posts filled on open merit basis. Selected candidates must serve a minimum of 18 months. Lump-sum monthly package depends on domain skills and relevant experience.
Duties and responsibilities
- Develop technology-based approaches for resilient infrastructure planning, design review and construction management
- Oversee structural simulation, BIM and infrastructure digitalization projects
- Provide technical input to NDMA infrastructure advisories
- Coordinate with consultants, government departments, academia and development partners
Eligibility criteria
- Master's - MS Construction Engineering Management, MS Contract Management, in Civil Engineering, Project Management, recognised by HEC
- Core skills: construction management, infrastructure resilience, project management, structural systems, disaster management, contract management, report writing, team leadership
- Tools: Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, Primavera P6/MS Project, Civil 3D, BIM 360/ACC, MS Office/Power BI

Experience required
- Required experience: 10 – 12 years
- 10-12 years relevant experience
