About this vacancy
NDMA seeks to hire eligible candidates purely on contract basis on lump sum package for an initial period of 24 months (extendable on requirement basis). Posts filled on open merit basis. Selected candidates must serve a minimum of 18 months. Lump-sum monthly package depends on domain skills and relevant experience.
Duties and responsibilities
- Plan and oversee installation and maintenance of computer systems, hardware and networks
- Train IT staff and implement policies on network security, disaster recovery and IT infrastructure
- Analyze resource utilization and optimize performance
- Define IT goals and maintain an IT roadmap
- Direct help desk activities
- Manage development projects integrating new technologies
- Establish security policy to protect information and resources
Eligibility criteria
- Master's - MS Computer Science, MS Software Engineering, in Computer Science, Software Engineering, recognised by HEC
- MS Computer Science/Software Engineering from HEC recognized institution

Experience required
- Required experience: 16 – 18 years
- Minimum 16-18 years relevant professional experience from reputed organization/corporate sector
