Assistant Startup Growth Manager (Incubation Cohorts)

Assistant Startup Growth Manager at the Punjab Information Technology Board, supporting the incubation lifecycle for startup cohorts.

• Support Program Managers and Senior Program Managers in executing the incubation lifecycle for 15 startups per cycle at each of two assigned centres
• Facilitate startup onboarding, induction workshops and orientation sessions at the start of each cohort
• Maintain the incubator CRM/database, updating startup profiles, tracking milestone achievements and monitoring stipend disbursements against attendance and KPI checklists
• Coordinate legal and IP clinics, schedule IPR Specialist consultations and arrange seed grant disbursements upon milestone validation
• Assist in arranging domain-specific mentoring sessions such as AgriTech and CleanTech by collaborating with Community & Research Analysts and external experts

• Bachelor's or Master's - Masters/Bachelors (Hons) (16 years), in Business Administration, Computer Engineering/Sciences, Entrepreneurship, recognised by HEC
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience

• Required experience: At least 3 years
