About this vacancy
Creative Lead at PSEB, leading graphic design, layouts and branding for digital and print media and working with the marketing team to meet project objectives. A 3% annual increment applies based on KPI achievement and overall performance.
Duties and responsibilities
- Develop graphics, layouts and designs for websites, social media, advertisements, brochures, magazines and corporate reports
- Create visual content for branding, marketing campaigns and promotional materials
- Keep designs consistent with company branding and visual identity
- Take part in brainstorming and contribute creative ideas
- Track design trends and apply them to projects
- Collaborate with the marketing team on design concepts
- Perform other tasks assigned by management
Eligibility criteria
- Bachelor's or Master's - Minimum 16 years of education in Management Sciences, Marketing, Business Development, Business Administration, Information Technology, recognised by HEC
- Minimum 16 years of education from an HEC-recognized university in Management Sciences, Marketing, Business Development, Business Administration or IT
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Corel Draw and InDesign
- Strong creative and typography skills
- Working knowledge of MS Office, MS Project and MS Excel
Experience required
- Required experience: At least 4 years
- Minimum 4 years of post-qualification experience in professional graphic design, animation, caricature or related fields
