Incubation Manager

Incubation Manager at the Punjab Information Technology Board, coordinating delivery of a six-month incubation or acceleration cohort.

• Coordinate the day-to-day delivery of a specific 6-month cohort (incubation or acceleration) at one of the centres
• Organize all cohort activities: onboarding, training sessions, mentor meetings, investor pitches and Demo Day
• Track startup progress, collect performance data, prepare weekly status reports and escalate issues to the Senior Program Manager or Joint Director
• Assist with application screening, due diligence and preparation of selection shortlists
• Serve as the primary liaison between startups and centre facilities such as IT support, event logistics and stipend disbursement

• Bachelor's or Master's - Masters/Bachelors (Hons) (16 years), in Business Administration, Development Studies, Business And Management Sciences, Computer Engineering/Sciences, International Business, recognised by HEC
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience

• Required experience: At least 5 years
• Minimum 5 year(s) of relevant experience
• Experience accepted from: Public Sector Organizations, Private Sector Organizations
