About this vacancy
NUST invites online applications for the post of Lecturer - Law at NUST Law School, Department of Law. Job Reference: Job/F26-RA1/10/12/2026. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview; no TA/DA admissible.
Duties and responsibilities
- Teach and guide students in legal subjects
- Prepare and evaluate law course materials
- Stay updated with legal developments
- Contribute to departmental and curriculum activities
Eligibility criteria
- Master's - LLM, in Law, recognised by HEC, Pakistan Bar Council
- Law
- Strong research profile as per Pakistan Bar Council/HEC criteria
- Teaching/research experience preferred
- Last education certificate/degree must be attested/verified by HEC
- No 3rd Division in academic career
- NUST employees need minimum one year service and NOC from Head of Institution
- Candidates must not be in process of pursuing the required degree
- Candidates must be medically fit
- Govt/Armed Forces employees must apply through parent department
Experience required
- Required experience: At least 5 years
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in accordance with Pakistan Bar Council regulations
Age limit
- All candidates: 23 – 40 years
- Age is counted on the closing date, 1 Nov 2026.
