About this vacancy
Programme Manager (GPU Infrastructure) at the Punjab Information Technology Board, supporting delivery of the GPU Cloud infrastructure component.
Duties and responsibilities
- Support implementation and operational management of the GPU Cloud infrastructure component of the project
- Coordinate with consultants, vendors, PITB wings and technical teams to ensure timely execution of infrastructure-related activities
- Monitor project timelines, milestones, deliverables and contractual obligations relating to infrastructure deployment
- Facilitate procurement activities, contract execution, vendor onboarding and performance monitoring
- Track project risks, issues, dependencies and escalation requirements and support implementation of mitigation measures
- Ensure timely preparation of progress reports, presentations, briefing notes and management updates
- Coordinate inspections, acceptance processes and compliance verification of project deliverables
- Facilitate operational readiness, knowledge transfer and transition planning for sustainable infrastructure operations
- Maintain project documentation and support governance, audit and reporting requirements
- Perform any other assignment entrusted by the Senior Program Manager or Project Director
Eligibility criteria
- Bachelor's or Master's - Masters/Bachelors (Hons) (16 years), in Computer Engineering/Sciences, Electrical Engineering/Sciences, Project Management, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Analytics, recognised by HEC
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
