Programme Manager (HMIS Implementation)

Programme Manager at the Punjab Information Technology Board, leading the on-site HMIS implementation team across hospital departments and shifts.

• Lead and coordinate all day-to-day activities of the on-site HMIS implementation team across all hospital departments and shifts
• Assign daily tasks based on project priorities and monitor progress through regular coordination with OPD, IPD, Pharmacy, Pathology and Radiology teams
• Ensure uninterrupted 24/7 operational coverage through effective duty scheduling
• Continuously monitor live HMIS modules to ensure system stability, accurate data entry and adherence to defined clinical workflows and data protocols
• Handle critical technical and workflow issues escalated by junior staff and coordinate with the Senior Project Manager when required
• Supervise the setup, maintenance and troubleshooting of all IT and HMIS-related equipment including computers, printers, scanners, UPS and network devices
• Coordinate closely with the network system manager to ensure MPLS connectivity and network stability
• Report major hardware or network issues to head office in a timely manner and follow up until resolution
• Oversee training quality and arrange refresher sessions where needed
• Submit daily performance and issue reports to senior management
• Work with department heads to resolve delays or resistance to system workflows
• Coordinate with machine vendors for integrations
• Manage all hospital system configurations including user logins, CPTs, IPD and ER wards and OPD clinics through the super admin panel

• Bachelor's or Master's - Masters/Bachelors (Hons) (16 years), in Business Administration, Computer Engineering/Sciences, Project Management, Software Engineering, recognised by HEC
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
