Programme Manager (Technical) at the Punjab Information Technology Board, overseeing GIS data management, QA and dashboard operations.
Duties and responsibilities
- Manage assigned project teams, ensuring timely delivery of project components and adherence to standards
- Develop workflows, guidelines and SOPs for data management, QA and dashboard operations
- Oversee the creation, validation and integration of spatial datasets, ensuring accuracy, consistency and interoperability
- Supervise QA of GIS dashboards, implement standards and ensure data quality and compliance with project protocols
- Coordinate with developers, database administrators and other project stakeholders to ensure smooth integration of technical modules
- Monitor project progress, prepare reports and provide recommendations to senior management
- Build capacity of technical staff members
- Automate GIS workflows and tasks to improve efficiency and consistency
Eligibility criteria
- Bachelor's or Master's - Masters/Bachelors (Hons) (16 years), in Business Administration, Computer Engineering/Sciences, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Business And Management Sciences, Information Engineering/Sciences, recognised by HEC
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
