Duties and responsibilities
- Support implementation of training bootcamps and cohort operations
- Assist in processing candidate applications including initial document verification and data entry into the portal
- Support coordination with development teams for portal updates, application cycles and LMS operational tasks
- Maintain and update trainee records, attendance data and cohort information in the system
- Assist in conducting orientations, briefings and onboarding sessions for trainees and training partners
- Support daily communication with trainees, trainers and IT companies regarding schedules, requirements and documentation
- Monitor and track submission of assignments, assessments and training milestones
- Assist in preparing weekly and monthly progress reports for programme management
- Facilitate complaint and query handling, ensuring issues are logged and escalated appropriately
- Support preparation activities for upcoming cohorts including verification of applications and documentation readiness
- Maintain proper documentation and records for monitoring, evaluation and audit purposes
Eligibility criteria
- Bachelor's or Master's - Masters/Bachelors (Hons) (16 years), in Business Administration, Computer Engineering/Sciences, Information Technology, Management, Software Engineering, Business And Management Sciences, Management Information System, recognised by HEC
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
