Programme Officer (Client Coordination)

Programme Officer at the Punjab Information Technology Board, coordinating requirements and delivery between client departments and development teams.

• Organize and conduct meetings with clients to record their requirements and draft an initial requirement document
• Follow up with departmental resources to expedite processes
• Close coordination with the development team for implementation
• Work in liaison with client departments to facilitate them in resolving queries pre and post launch
• Upgrade and update documents and websites
• Ensure timely resolution of issues
• To act as PITB's focal person for the project
• To coordinate with the department for data and information collection as per specified formats
• To monitor the project and ensure timely generation of all project progress reports

• Bachelor's or Master's - Masters/Bachelors (Hons) (16 years), in Business Administration, Management, Project Management, Computer Engineering/Sciences, Software Engineering, recognised by HEC
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience

• Required experience: At least 2 years
• Minimum 2 year(s) of relevant experience
• Experience accepted from: Public Sector Organizations, Private Sector Organizations

• All candidates: 24 – 45 years
