Regulations Specialist

Support harmonization of the public procurement system - formulating rules, regulations, SBDs, manuals and code of ethics - and conduct studies to improve the system.

• Support harmonization of procurement system by formulating rules, regulations, SBDs, manuals and code of ethics
• Conduct economic and other studies
• Review and improve procurement cells in ministries and divisions
• Draft regulatory frameworks for e-procurement and public-private partnerships
• Review and update procurement regulations consistently

• Master's - MPA, LLM, MBA, MS in public policy, public administration, supply chain management or corporate law as listed in the advertisement, in Business Administration, Law, Project Management, recognised by HEC
• Master's degree (16 years education) or higher in public policy, public administration, supply chain management, corporate law or relevant qualification from an HEC recognized university
• Public sector experience preferred

• Required experience: At least 10 years
• At least 10 years' experience in formulation of new frameworks and regulations, preferably in public sector settings

• All candidates: 18 – 55 years
• Age is counted on the closing date, 4 Oct 2026.
