Senior Programme Manager (GPU Cloud)

Senior Programme Manager at the Punjab Information Technology Board, leading overall operational management of the Government GPU Cloud project.

• Lead overall operational management of the Government GPU Cloud project and ensure coordinated implementation of all project components in accordance with approved timelines, budgets and objectives
• Develop and maintain the project implementation roadmap, annual work plans, operational priorities, risk mitigation strategies and performance monitoring mechanisms
• Ensure robust project governance including documentation, decision tracking, compliance with government procedures, quality assurance, contract management and reporting
• Oversee project procurement planning and implementation in coordination with relevant stakeholders, consultants and vendors
• Review project progress, milestone achievements, risk registers, budget utilization and operational performance and recommend corrective actions
• Serve as the primary coordination focal point between the Project Director, Program Managers, PITB wings, government departments, consultants, vendors, academia and other stakeholders
• Supervise and guide Program Managers and Senior Program Officers to ensure effective execution of infrastructure, AI/ML, operational and stakeholder engagement activities
• Support implementation of sustainability, operational transition, knowledge transfer and institutionalization strategies
• Prepare management briefings, progress reports, steering committee submissions and other project documentation required by PITB, the P&D Board and relevant forums
• Perform any other project-related assignments entrusted by the Project Director

• Bachelor's or Master's - Masters/Bachelors (Hons) (16 years), in Business Administration, Computational Science, Computer Engineering/Sciences, Information Technology, Project Management, Telecommunication Engineering/Sciences, Software Engineering, recognised by HEC
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience
