Senior Programme Officer (Bootcamp Programmes)

Senior Programme Officer at the Punjab Information Technology Board, coordinating bootcamp training programmes and their cohorts.

• Coordinate implementation of trainings and bootcamp programmes and their cohorts
• Manage BRDs and coordinate with development teams for portal and LMS enhancements
• Process and verify applications of candidates and IT companies including document scrutiny and approvals
• Liaise with training partners, trainers and regional coordinators
• Monitor attendance, assessments and trainee performance
• Ensure inclusion of soft skills, freelancing and employability modules
• Maintain programme documentation, records and LMS
• Support monitoring visits and evaluation exercises
• Assist in resolving trainee and partner-related issues
• Contribute to continuous improvement of training processes
• Manage complaints and queries, ensuring timely resolution

• Bachelor's or Master's - Masters/Bachelors (Hons) (16 years), in Business Administration, Computer Engineering/Sciences, Management, Software Engineering, recognised by HEC
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience

• Required experience: At least 3 years
• Minimum 3 year(s) of relevant experience
• Experience accepted from: Public Sector Organizations, Private Sector Organizations
