Senior Programme Officer (GPU Cloud Operations)

Senior Programme Officer at the Punjab Information Technology Board, supporting day-to-day operational management of project activities.

• Support implementation and day-to-day operational management of project activities in accordance with approved plans and timelines
• Coordinate with internal teams, government departments, consultants, vendors and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth execution of project activities
• Monitor implementation progress, maintain activity trackers and follow up on action items, milestones and deliverables
• Assist in preparation of progress reports, presentations, briefing notes, meeting minutes and management updates
• Support procurement, contract management, vendor coordination and administrative processes as required
• Maintain project documentation, records, correspondence and governance artifacts
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, consultations, training sessions and stakeholder engagement activities
• Support monitoring and evaluation activities, data collection and reporting against project indicators and targets
• Identify implementation issues and risks and escalate them through appropriate channels
• Perform any other assignment entrusted by the Project Director, Senior Program Manager or Program Managers

• Bachelor's or Master's - Masters/Bachelors (Hons) (16 years), in Computer Engineering/Sciences, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, recognised by HEC
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience

• Required experience: At least 3 years
• Minimum 3 year(s) of relevant experience
• Experience accepted from: Public Sector Organizations, Private Sector Organizations
