Startup Growth Lead (Incubation Centres)

Startup Growth Lead at the Punjab Information Technology Board, supporting incubation centre operations and startup programme logistics.

• Provide administrative and logistical support to Program Managers and Senior Program Managers at each centre
• Assist with scheduling workshops, mentor sessions and investor meetings and handle meeting invites, room bookings and follow-up communication
• Maintain the incubation/acceleration CRM, updating startup records, tracking milestone completion and preparing routine status reports
• Coordinate stipend and grant disbursement processes, collect attendance sheets, verify KPI achievements and liaise with the Finance & Tax Assistant
• Support event logistics including travel reimbursements, attendee registrations, catering orders and on-site coordination during Demo Days and training sessions

• Bachelor's or Master's - Masters/Bachelors (Hons) (16 years), in Business Administration, Management, Project Management, Entrepreneurship, recognised by HEC
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience

• Required experience: At least 2 years
• Minimum 2 year(s) of relevant experience
• Experience accepted from: Public Sector Organizations, Private Sector Organizations
