Duties and responsibilities
- Plan and conduct drone surveys of forest areas and project sites
- Carry out GPS ground surveys and boundary demarcation
- Process and analyse drone imagery for mapping, change detection and encroachment monitoring
- Maintain drone equipment, flight logs and compliance with airspace rules
- Integrate survey outputs into the project's GIS databases
- Train and supervise field survey staff on drone and GPS equipment
Eligibility criteria
- Bachelor's or Master's - Masters/Bachelors (Hons) (16 years) (second division) in Space Science, Remote Sensing & GIS or GIS, in Geographical Information System (GIS), Space Sciences, recognised by HEC
- 16 years of education (second division) in Space Science, Remote Sensing & GIS, GIS or equivalent from a recognized university
- Minimum one (01) year post-qualification relevant experience including six months of using drones and drone image data analysis from a recognized private or public organization
- Lahore domicile only
Experience required
- Required experience: At least 1 year
- Minimum 1 year(s) of relevant post-qualification experience
- Experience accepted from: Public Sector Organizations, Private Sector Organizations
