Animator (PPS-8) (Re-advertised Nov 2026)

Animator in the Digital Communication Cell of the Punjab Forest Department GIS Lab, producing 2D/3D animation and motion graphics for departmental communication. • Create high-quality 2D and 3D animations for departmental campaigns and awareness material
• Produce motion graphics and visual effects for video content
• Develop storyboards, characters and scenes from concept through to final render
• Work with industry-standard software such as Adobe Animate, After Effects and Maya
• Collaborate with the Digital Communication Cell on content planning and delivery
• Maintain project files and an archive of animation assets

• Bachelor's or Master's - Masters/Bachelors (Hons) (16 years) in Fine Arts, Film & TV or Computer Science, in Computer Engineering/Sciences, Film Studies, Fine Arts, recognised by HEC
• Master's or Bachelor's degree (16 years qualification) in Fine Arts, Film & TV, Computer Science or other relevant degree from an HEC recognized university with 7 years' experience
• Proven experience creating high-quality animations using industry-standard software such as Adobe Animate, After Effects or Maya
• Strong artistic skills including drawing, modelling and storytelling
• Experience across 2D and 3D animation, visual effects and motion graphics
• Lahore domicile only

• Required experience: At least 7 years
• Minimum 7 year(s) of relevant post-qualification experience
• Experience accepted from: Public Sector Organizations, Private Sector Organizations
