Assistant Director (Training & QAT)

Assistant Director (Training & QAT) at the Punjab Education Initiatives Management Authority, supporting training delivery and quality assurance.

• Organize training workshops and events
• Maintain training attendance records and databases

• Bachelor's or Master's - Masters/Bachelors (Hons) (16 years) in Education Planning, HRM, Social Sciences or Business Administration, M.Phil or PhD preferred, in Education, Human Resource Management, Social Sciences, Business Administration, Public Administration, Social Work, recognised by HEC
• Minimum 16 years education in Education Planning, HRM, Social Sciences, Business Administration or related field from an HEC recognized national or foreign university; preference to M.Phil or PhD holders
• At least three (03) years of verifiable relevant post-qualification experience in organizing training workshops and events, maintaining training records and databases, developing training materials and compiling training data for reports
• Preference will be given to candidates with experience working with Government agencies, NGOs, international and domestic donor organizations, and sound knowledge of the education sector

• Required experience: At least 3 years
• At least three (03) years of verifiable relevant post-qualification experience in public or private sectors
• Experience accepted from: Public Sector Organizations, Private Sector Organizations, Government Agencies, NGOs, Donor Organizations

• All candidates: 25 – 35 years
• Age is counted on the closing date, 26 Oct 2026.
