Director (Academics & Research) at the Punjab Education Initiatives Management Authority, leading curriculum design, educational research and academic quality assurance.

• Lead research and curriculum design, review and alignment with national standards
• Apply educational research methodologies and conduct impact assessment
• Drive teacher professional development and capacity building
• Establish academic quality assurance and school improvement frameworks
• Conduct policy analysis and support evidence-based reform

• Bachelor's or Master's - Masters/Bachelors (Hons) (16 years) in Education Planning, Research, Curriculum Development, Management Sciences or Social Sciences, M.Phil or PhD preferred, in Education, Curriculum Studies, Social Sciences, Management Sciences, recognised by HEC
• Minimum 16 years education in Education Planning, Research, Curriculum Development, Management Sciences or Social Sciences from an HEC recognized national or foreign university; preference to M.Phil or PhD holders
• Experience across curriculum design and national standards alignment, educational research and impact assessment, teacher development, academic quality assurance, and evidence-based policy reform
• Preference will be given to candidates with experience working with Government agencies, NGOs, international and domestic donor organizations, and sound knowledge of the education sector

• Required experience: At least 10 years
• At least ten (10) years of verifiable relevant experience in public or private sectors, including at least 3 years at senior level in a medium or large sized organization
• Experience accepted from: Public Sector Organizations, Private Sector Organizations, Government Agencies, NGOs, Donor Organizations

• All candidates: 35 – 55 years
