Director (Monitoring & Evaluation) at the Punjab Education Initiatives Management Authority, leading M&E frameworks and data systems for large-scale education programs.

• Develop, design and implement M&E frameworks for large-scale programs
• Develop KPIs, logical frameworks and data collection tools
• Manage centralized data systems and ensure data integrity
• Conduct impact evaluations and third-party verifications
• Report to donors and senior management

• Bachelor's or Master's - Masters/Bachelors (Hons) (16 years) in Statistics, Economics, Public or Business Administration, Data Sciences/MIS or Mathematics, M.Phil or PhD preferred, in Statistics, Economics, Business Administration, Public Administration, Data Science, Management Information System, Mathematics, recognised by HEC
• Minimum 16 years education in Statistics, Economics, Public or Business Administration, Data Sciences/MIS or Mathematics from an HEC recognized national or foreign university; preference to M.Phil or PhD holders
• Experience across M&E framework design for large-scale programs, KPI and logical framework development, centralized data system management, impact evaluation and third-party verification, and donor reporting
• Preference will be given to candidates with experience working with Government agencies, NGOs, international and domestic donor organizations, and sound knowledge of the education sector

• Required experience: At least 10 years
• At least ten (10) years of verifiable relevant post-qualification experience in public or private sectors, including at least 3 years at senior level in a medium or large sized organization
• Experience accepted from: Public Sector Organizations, Private Sector Organizations, Government Agencies, NGOs, Donor Organizations

• All candidates: 35 – 55 years
