• Lead resource mobilization and fundraising from bilateral and multilateral donors and the corporate sector (CSR)
• Develop and manage institutional partnerships and MoUs
• Drive strategic communication, branding and media relations
• Lead stakeholder engagement and advocacy
• Oversee proposal writing and donor reporting

• Bachelor's or Master's - Masters/Bachelors (Hons) (16 years) in Mass Communication, Business Administration, Public Relations, International Development or Social Sciences, M.Phil or PhD preferred, in Mass Communication, Business Administration, Public Relation, International Relations, Social Sciences, recognised by HEC
• Minimum 16 years education in Mass Communication, Business Administration, Public Relations, International Development or Social Sciences from an HEC recognized national or foreign university; preference to M.Phil or PhD holders
• Experience across donor and CSR fundraising, institutional partnerships and MoUs, strategic communication and media relations, stakeholder advocacy, and proposal writing and donor reporting
• Preference will be given to candidates with experience working with Government agencies, NGOs, international and domestic donor organizations, and sound knowledge of the education sector

• Required experience: At least 10 years
• At least ten (10) years of verifiable relevant experience in public or private sectors, including at least 3 years at senior level in a medium or large sized organization
• Experience accepted from: Public Sector Organizations, Private Sector Organizations, Government Agencies, NGOs, Donor Organizations

• All candidates: 35 – 55 years
