Assistant Manager (Graphic, Animation and Visualization)

NDMA seeks to hire eligible candidates purely on contract basis on lump sum package for an initial period of 24 months (extendable on requirement basis). Posts filled on open merit basis. Selected candidates must serve a minimum of 18 months. Lump-sum monthly package depends on domain skills and relevant experience.

• Develop motion graphics and 2D/3D animations for NDMA Web TV, digital platforms and campaigns
• Design Web TV branding packages (channel identity, lower thirds, bumpers, stings)
• Develop visual content for NDMA alerts, advisories and emergency communication
• Create infographics, animated explainers and data-driven visualizations
• Create 2D/3D sequences for disaster scenarios and hazard projections
• Prepare storyboards and animation plans
• Ensure consistency of NDMA branding and visual identity
• Maintain libraries of project files and graphic assets
• Support rapid graphics development during emergencies

• Bachelor's or Master's - MS/BS Mass Communication, MS/BS IT, MS/BS Computer Science, MS/BS Social Science, in Journalism, Information Technology, Computer Science, Social Sciences, recognised by HEC
• MS/BS in Mass Communication, IT, Computer Science, Social Science or relevant field

• Relevant experience in 2D/3D animation, motion design, compositing, VFX, broadcast graphics, Web TV/OTT production and infographic visualization preferred
