Assistant Manager HR

Assistant Manager HR at the Punjab Cattle Market Management & Development Company, supporting human resource management and organizational development.

• Support recruitment and selection processes including advertising, screening and interview coordination
• Implement HR policies, procedures and SOPs across the company
• Maintain employee records, personnel files and the HR information system
• Administer attendance, leave, payroll inputs and employee benefits
• Support the performance management system and appraisal cycles
• Coordinate training and organizational development activities
• Handle employee relations, grievances and disciplinary matters in line with company policy
• Prepare periodic HR reports for management

• Bachelor's or Master's - Masters/Bachelors (Hons) (16 years) in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or Public Administration, in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Public Administration, Business And Management Sciences, International Business, recognised by HEC
• Masters/Bachelors (Hons) (16 years) in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or Public Administration from an HEC recognized university
• Familiarity with HR policy implementation, recruitment processes and performance management system will be preferred

• Required experience: At least 3 years
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in human resource management, administration or organizational development; familiarity with HR policy implementation, recruitment processes and performance management systems preferred
• Experience accepted from: Public Sector Organizations, Private Sector Organizations
