Law Officer

Law Officer at the Punjab Cattle Market Management & Development Company, handling litigation, legal advisory and contract matters.

• Represent and defend the company in litigation before courts and tribunals
• Prepare and review pleadings, written statements, replies and legal notices
• Advise management on legal and regulatory matters affecting company operations
• Draft, vet and negotiate contracts, agreements, leases and MoUs
• Liaise with external counsel and monitor the progress of cases
• Maintain the litigation register and case records
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, rules and company regulations

• Bachelor's or Master's - LLB from an HEC recognized institution, in Law, recognised by HEC
• Minimum LLB from an institution recognized by HEC
• Must have a High Court licence
• Non-refundable application processing fee of PKR 2,000 as mentioned in advertisement IPL-11158

• Required experience: At least 5 years
• A minimum of 5 years of active practice as an advocate in lower courts; must hold a High Court licence
• Experience accepted from: Public Sector Organizations, Private Sector Organizations

• All candidates: 18 – 60 years
• Age is counted on the closing date, 10 Nov 2026.
