About this vacancy
Support procurement operations of the PMU including office supplies and equipment procurement, RFQs and bidding documents, supplier records and procurement compliance. Position is based in Islamabad. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for further selection process. No TA/DA shall be admissible. The PMU reserves the right to adjust the number of posts or cancel the recruitment.
Duties and responsibilities
- Support administrative procurement of office supplies, equipment, services and logistical requirements
- Assist in planning and processing procurement activities per approved procedures
- Prepare RFQs, bidding documents, purchase orders and evaluation documentation
- Maintain procurement records and supplier information
- Monitor procurement activities and maintain updated trackers
- Support PMU and POs in administrative and logistical arrangements
- Coordinate with suppliers, government departments, auditors and donors
- Support audit query responses
- Ensure compliance with applicable procedures
Eligibility criteria
- Bachelor's or Master's - MBA (Supply Chain Management), EMBA, MS Administrative and Management Sciences, BBA (Supply Chain Management), Master in Public Procurement Management, in Business Administration, Project Management, recognised by HEC
- Master's degree or 16 years education in Management Sciences or related discipline from an HEC-recognized university
Experience required
- Required experience: At least 5 years
- Minimum 5 years in logistics/office management with preferably 3 years in community procurement
Age limit
- All candidates: 18 – 45 years
- Age is counted on the closing date, 5 Oct 2026.
