Chief Product Officer

Lead strategy, prioritization and performance for the digital product portfolio assigned to the Pakistan Digital Authority (PDA), turning policy priorities and citizen needs into secure, accessible services.

• Set portfolio strategy and investment priorities
• Lead product discovery, business cases, roadmaps and lifecycle decisions
• Define product outcomes and measures and use evidence to guide investment
• Build and coach a product management team
• Work with the Citizen Experience function on priorities and improvements
• Coordinate with technology, data, AI and security leaders on feasibility and reuse
• Coordinate with ministries and service owners on dependencies and benefits

• Bachelor's or Master's - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Product or Service Design, Engineering, Business Administration or related field; relevant Master's preferred, in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, recognised by HEC
• GovTech, public services or complex regulated environment experience desirable

• Required experience: At least 15 years
• At least 15 years in digital product management or related product leadership including senior leadership, with at least 5 years leading product teams

• All candidates: 18 – 55 years
