• Take shorthand dictation at high speeds and transcribe it accurately into English
• Operate computers to prepare, edit and format official reports, correspondence and presentations using MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Manage official files and incoming and outgoing dak, maintain records and ensure confidentiality of secret documents
• Schedule appointments, arrange meetings, organize diaries and attend to telephone calls for senior officers
• Handle basic computer troubleshooting, maintain printers and report hardware and software issues

• Bachelor's - Bachelors (14 years) in any discipline, recognised by HEC
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
• Second Division (45% and above) required
• Lahore domicile only
