About this vacancy
Lead HR, administrative and logistics functions of the PMU including recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, attendance, leave, insurance and performance management. Position is based in Islamabad. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for further selection process. No TA/DA shall be admissible. The PMU reserves the right to adjust the number of posts or cancel the recruitment.
Duties and responsibilities
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, attendance, leave, insurance and performance management
- Coordinate staff training
- Maintain personnel records confidentiality
- Provide administrative support
- Manage logistics for PMU activities and field visits
- Maintain asset records
- Coordinate procurement
- Ensure compliance with applicable rules
Eligibility criteria
- Bachelor's or Master's - BA, BBA (HR), MBA (HR), EMBA (HR), BA (Hons) Business Management, MA Human Resource Management, in Business Administration, recognised by HEC
- Master's degree in Management Sciences or 16 years education with HR specialization from an HEC-recognized university
- Relevant INGO and government department experience with familiarity of rules and regulations
Experience required
- Required experience: At least 7 years
- At least 7 years in Human Resource Management, general office administration and logistics with relevant INGO and government department experience
Age limit
- All candidates: 18 – 48 years
- Age is counted on the closing date, 5 Oct 2026.
