About this vacancy
NDMA seeks to hire eligible candidates purely on contract basis on lump sum package for an initial period of 24 months (extendable on requirement basis). Posts filled on open merit basis. Selected candidates must serve a minimum of 18 months. Lump-sum monthly package depends on domain skills and relevant experience.
Duties and responsibilities
- Maintain GRH stakeholder and humanitarian partner database
- Support coordination with UN agencies, NGOs/INGOs, donors and development partners
- Facilitate meetings, missions and international delegations
- Map partner capabilities and humanitarian resources
- Support emergency coordination when GRH is activated
- Prepare situation briefs, meeting records and follow-up matrices
- Support partnership agreements, workshops and resilience dialogues
- Maintain records of commitments and support DM CoE external engagement
Eligibility criteria
- Bachelor's or Master's - BS/MS Disaster Management, BS/MS International Relations, BS/MS Humanitarian Studies, BS/MS Development Studies, BS/MS Public Administration, BS/MS Social Sciences, in Disaster Management, Social Sciences, Humanitarian Studies, Development Studies, Public Administration, recognised by HEC
- BS/MS in Disaster Management, IR, Humanitarian Studies, Development Studies, Public Administration, Social Sciences or related discipline

Experience required
- Experience in humanitarian coordination, emergency response, stakeholder engagement, development cooperation or partnership management
