Content Writer

Pakistan Digital Authority (PDA) is hiring for the post of Content Writer (Grade-7) on a contract basis. Applicants need a bachelor's degree in English or Journalism and at least 2 years of experience. The role involves purpose of the Position Content Writers will work with the Head of Content to meet the growing publishing requirements of PDA and Digital Nation Pakistan (DNP). • Purpose of the Position Content Writers will work with the Head of Content to meet the growing publishing requirements of PDA and Digital Nation Pakistan (DNP)
• The positions will support a minimum joint output of 2–4 press-ready articles per day, alongside website articles and other written content
• Key Responsibilities Write and deliver 2–4 press-ready articles per day jointly with the Head of Content
• Write website articles, press releases, statements, social copy, and scripts as required
• Turn departmental input and research briefs into publishable articles
• Follow the sign-off chain in the PDA Media Governance Policy for all content produced
• Experience Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience

• Key Competencies Excellent written English and ability to produce clean, fast, publication-ready copy
• Comfort with government, technology, and policy subject matter

• Bachelor's in English, Journalism
• Education Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Mass Communication, Media Studies, or a relevant field
