HR Manager

HR Manager at the Artificial Intelligence Delivery Unit, running recruitment logistics and HR operations.

• Run recruitment logistics: postings, longlisting, test and interview coordination, references and offer processing
• Administer HR operations: contracts, personal files, attendance, leave and payroll inputs
• Support performance-review cycles and training-needs coordination
• Prepare HR MIS and committee working papers

• Bachelor's or Master's degree (16 years of education) in Human Resource Management or Business Administration, in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, recognised by HEC
• Bachelor's or Master's degree (16 years of education) in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related field from an HEC recognized university
• Preference would be given to foreign qualified candidates with proven track record
• Recruitment operations
• HR administration and records
• Communication and discretion

• Required experience: At least 8 years
• At least 8 years of HR generalist/recruitment experience
• Experience accepted from: Public Sector Organizations, Private Sector Organizations

• All candidates: 30 – 45 years
