Digital Solutions Specialist

Pakistan Digital Authority (PDA) is hiring for the post of Digital Solutions Specialist (Grade-8) on a contract basis. • Role Purpose The Pakistan Digital Authority (PDA) is seeking a Digital Solutions Specialist to support the design, development, and implementation of digital platforms and AI-enabled solutions across government
• The ideal candidate will combine strong business understanding, technical knowledge, and execution capabilities to translate user needs into practical digital solutions
• The role requires experience working with cross-functional teams, managing stakeholder expectations, and delivering user-centric solutions that create measurable impact
• Key Responsibilities Manage digital initiatives from requirements gathering and solution design through development, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement
• Understand user needs and translate business requirements into clear specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and workflows
• Prioritize features and enhancements based on user value, organizational objectives, and technical feasibility
• Collaborate with engineering, design, AI/ML, and QA teams to ensure effective delivery
• Identify opportunities to apply AI and emerging technologies to improve government operations and public services
• Define requirements for AI-enabled capabilities such as intelligent search, document analysis, conversational AI, and workflow automation
• Evaluate AI-driven solutions for accuracy, usability, reliability, and alignment with user needs
• Engage with government ministries, departments, and internal stakeholders to gather requirements, manage dependencies, and coordinate implementation
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, solution demonstrations, user acceptance testing (UAT), and release planning
• Define success metrics, gather user feedback, and recommend continuous improvements
• Experience managing digital initiatives and working with cross-functional technical teams
• Practical understanding of AI concepts, including Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI agents, and prompt engineering
• Understanding of Agile methodologies, SDLC, APIs, system integrations, and data flows
• Proficiency in writing requirement documents, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Figma
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Preferred Experience Experience with government digital transformation initiatives or large-scale enterprise systems
• Exposure to AI-powered applications, knowledge management systems, or intelligent automation
• Understanding of data privacy, information security, and responsible AI practices
• Experience working in complex environments with multiple stakeholders and evolving priorities

• Required Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline. 4 years of experience in digital solutions, technology consulting, business analysis, or related roles
