Manager - National Digital Alignment & Coordination

Pakistan Digital Authority (PDA) is hiring for the post of Manager - National Digital Alignment & Coordination (Grade-8) on a contract basis. The role involves job Purpose The Manager, National Digital Alignment & Coordination will be responsible for aligning digital initiatives across national, regional and organizational stakeholders (internal & external). • Job Purpose The Manager, National Digital Alignment & Coordination will be responsible for aligning digital initiatives across national, regional and organizational stakeholders (internal & external)
• He will coordinate plans, priorities, and information-sharing to help digital programs work together, avoid duplication, and meet national goals
• Key responsibilities Build effective working relationships with government entities, regulators, development partners, industry, and civil society
• Coordinate national digital strategies, programs, and implementation plans across relevant public- and private-sector stakeholders
• Support the development of shared roadmaps, guidance, coordination mechanisms, and performance indicators
• Escalate significant coordination issues and propose options for resolution
• Maintain a national overview of digital projects, milestones, responsible stakeholders, dependencies, and progress
• Convene and support working groups, steering committees, and consultations; document decisions and track agreed actions
• Prepare briefings, reports, presentations, meeting papers, and recommendations for senior leadership

• Experience
• At least 8 years of relevant experience, including experience coordinating multi-stakeholder programs or digital initiatives
• Required Skills Strong coordination, stakeholder management, and communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to work across organizations and bring stakeholders toward shared priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare concise materials for senior decision-makers
• Strong analytical, facilitation, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Support consultations, working groups, and inter-agency forums

• Bachelor's in Project Management, Social Sciences, Business Administration
• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Public Policy, Business Administration or a related field
