The Competition Commission of Pakistan (CCP) is hiring an MEP Engineer in PPS-9 on contract for its building/infrastructure project in Islamabad. The post oversees MEP systems including electrical, plumbing, firefighting, HVAC and lifts. Candidates need a BSc in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, PEC registration and 15 years of experience.
Duties and responsibilities
- Design review of MEP systems
- Procurement and tendering support
- Stage-wise installation, testing and commissioning of electrical, plumbing, firefighting/fire-alarm, HVAC and lift systems
Eligibility criteria
- Bachelor's - BSc Electrical Engineering, BSc Mechanical Engineering, in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, recognised by HEC, PEC
- BSc in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering from an HEC-recognized university
- PEC registration
- Qualification must be from a recognized institution duly verified by HEC and/or PEC
- Government employees must apply through proper channel with NOC from the parent department
- Incomplete or late applications will not be entertained
- Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview; no TA/DA
Experience required
- Required experience: At least 15 years
- 15 years post-qualification experience in MEP systems, including design review, procurement/tendering support, stage-wise installation, testing and commissioning of electrical, plumbing, firefighting/fire-alarm, HVAC and lift systems.
Age limit
- All candidates: 18 – 60 years
- Age is counted on the closing date, 8 Nov 2026.
