The Competition Commission of Pakistan (CCP) is hiring a Project Engineer (Civil) in PPS-8 on contract for its building/infrastructure project in Islamabad. The post handles project planning, technical review, QA/QC and contract administration. Candidates need a BSc in Civil Engineering, PEC registration and 10 years of experience.
Duties and responsibilities
- Planning and coordination of the building/infrastructure project
- Technical review
- QA/QC oversight
- Contract administration under FIDIC conditions
- Execution of multi-package civil and E&M works
Eligibility criteria
- Bachelor's - BSc Civil Engineering, recognised by HEC, PEC
- BSc in Civil Engineering (or equivalent) from an HEC-recognized university
- PEC registration
- Qualification must be from a recognized institution duly verified by HEC and/or PEC
- Government employees must apply through proper channel with NOC from the parent department
- Incomplete or late applications will not be entertained
- Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview; no TA/DA
Experience required
- Required experience: At least 10 years
- 10 years post-qualification experience in building/infrastructure project management, including planning and coordination, technical review, QA/QC oversight, contract administration under FIDIC conditions, and execution of multi-package civil and E&M projects.
Age limit
- All candidates: 18 – 55 years
- Age is counted on the closing date, 8 Nov 2026.
